Hi all! You can’t keep up with electronics manufacturers; I bought Redmi Note 9 Pro in September 2020, when it was a “fresh” gadget. Half a year has passed, the next model has already been announced. What should you do to sell your already old smartphone and run to pre-order a new one?

Of course not, at least it’s not very reasonable. I don’t have any extra money, and if I do have it, I definitely won’t use it to race for new electronics. The most interesting thing is that after half a year of using the smartphone, I have not mastered a significant part of the functionality of Redmi Note 9 Pro. I’m not one of those people who, when buying a new gadget, starts testing it intensively.

I try to buy a new smartphone based on my basic needs. Roughly speaking, you need to have a good camera, a large amount of storage (memory) and battery capacity. And also pulled all modern mobile applications and games (good hardware). I am already starting to master some specific functions as needed. When buying a smartphone, I do not pay attention to the presence of all modern functions; I am interested in specific parameters. And if I need something in the future and it’s in my smartphone, it will be a nice bonus. For this purpose, I do not buy the most budget models.

At the moment, I am satisfied with Redmi Note 9 Pro in everything; I have no desire to change it to the announced Redmi Note 10 Pro. Unless I lose or break my smartphone soon. The main thing is that the battery lasts a long time. At this point in time, my Redmi Note 9 Pro with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage has not dropped much in price and is actively selling. I think that after the release of the new model, the price will begin to slowly drop. Now prices and offers can be viewed on Yandex Market.
