Hello everyone, I received a patent for three months of 2021 for the right to apply the patent taxation system to my retail outlet for the retail sale of computer equipment. I compared it on an online service for calculating the cost of a patent with real data, according to what was received from the tax office. At the end of the article I attach a video on how to carry out this calculation yourself.

I issued a patent for three months from 01/01/2021 to 03/31/2021, since the patent system is new in many regions, tax rates are being adjusted and there are many changes to come. The procedure for obtaining a patent is easy, I already wrote about it on the channel, at the end of the article I will leave links to my articles in Yandex Zen.

In the Yandex search service, I entered the query “patent cost” and from the result I selected the first service that came up. You can use any search engine. This is an official service from the tax office, since you can also go to it from the official website. It’s called: tax calculator – calculating the cost of a patent.

On this service you do not need to provide information about yourself; you only need information about the type of business activity being carried out, the municipality, the desired period of validity of the patent and the sales area. The whole procedure takes about five minutes and is free.

I carried out settlements in Krasnodar, where I operate. Type of activity: “Retail trade carried out through objects of a stationary retail chain with a sales area of ​​no more than 50 square meters for each trade organization object, with the exception of retail trade in alcoholic beverages, including beer, pharmaceutical and medical goods, cosmetic and perfumery products, jewelry. » Type of object: store, area 29.80 sq.m. The service warns that the calculation is approximate and the data is being updated and filled out in connection with the application of the laws on PSN for 2021 by the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. And so, I entered all the necessary data, and the result was the amount of the patent for three months – 12,516 rubles. This amount is similar to the amount of the patent I received.
