Plus, the weight of the strips differs, depending on the size, number of microcircuits, chips, and the like. There are laptop slats, which accordingly weigh less. PC slats also have different weights. The strips with cooling radiators are not ready for delivery; we remove the radiator.

For the average user, they also accumulate and remain after a computer “upgrade” or are broken. If you have already accumulated a certain amount, ask your friends and acquaintances, I think they will be happy to share broken planks free of charge, and your quantity will be replenished.

To recycle RAM strips as profitably as possible, do not go to the first non-ferrous metal scrap station you come across. There you will most likely be given the price of ordinary scrap microcircuits, at best 100 rubles. You need to study the offers, find specialized collection points for computer scrap, where each item is evaluated separately. Accepts hard drives, motherboards, processors and so on. Each item has its own price per 1 kilogram.

You are lucky if you live in a big city; usually such techniques are not difficult to find. But in small towns there is a problem. But you can also find a way out of this situation. Collect as many different components as possible, go to another city and deliver them. It is not necessary to go specifically for this purpose; perhaps there will be some other business in the big city, and you can do several things at the same time. Pay for the trip, plus earn something extra, and solve your problems. There is also the option of renting to resellers, but the price will be noticeably different. But on the other hand, you save your time; you don’t have to look for where to donate and how to get to the collection point.

As for prices, an adequate price for which you can rent starts from 2000 rubles. “Outbids” will most likely offer you half as much.
