The easiest option is to take it and sell it for computer scrap. It would seem that what is needed is not an ordinary collection point for scrap ferrous and non-ferrous metals, but one specialized in the collection of computer scrap. Usually the price there is many times higher, as when selling motherboards , for example. But this is not the case, the price for 1 kilogram is 7-15 rubles . This way you can return it with ordinary black scrap, the price is not much different and you don’t have to look for a specialized collection point. If you are going to hand over this way, then feel free to throw it in the pile with the pieces of iron. Maybe I didn’t search well, but it turned out like this, I’m attaching screenshots. By the way, if you remove the power board, you can return it for 60 rubles. for 1 kilogram , but it still turns out to be very unprofitable. How much does one complete power supply unit weigh?
