My main smartphone is Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and I need the second one exclusively for calls, communicating in instant messengers, and also using some applications. There are a lot of calls coming in, which really drains the battery. These functions were performed by the Sony Xperia XZ1 for some time, but the battery there was very weak. I even changed it at the service center, but it didn’t give any results, I just spent money. It cannot cope with the abundance of incoming calls. Constantly recharging your smartphone is such a pleasure.

Honor 9A has a good capacitive 5000 mAh battery. This is the main criterion why I chose this smartphone. I’ve been using it for a month now, charging it once every three days. This is very pleasing, after several recharges during the day from the Sony Xperia XZ1.

This smartphone is budget, the price of a new one is now about 10,000 rubles. I would also like to note its loud sound and auditory dynamics. 64 GB of memory for storing data is quite enough, and for my mode of operation it is even redundant. I have installed a minimum of applications on this smartphone and don’t take photos. By the way, the camera in it is average, of course depending on what you compare it to. For example, on my Redmi Note 9 Pro the photos are much better quality, but their price is twice as high.

There are no Google services in this model; almost all applications can be easily downloaded from the App Gallery. And those that are not available can be downloaded from other resources without any problems. Screen with a diagonal of 6.3, the colors are bright and saturated. And in general, Honor 9A works quite quickly, nothing slows down. Pleasant to use. The position in the hand and control are convenient.

Honor 9A is capable of performing all the basic functions required of a modern smartphone. It can even be left as the main one for those who don’t want to pay for some more expensive flagships. NFC, fingerprint and many other useful features are included.
